- Mel Added August 21, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I came here with my sister unexpectedly and seen my sister get her eyebrows done and thought ok I'll get mine done and Im glad my experience was good as the threading I had done was the best I have ever had because it was not painful it was literally painless. I was very happy and will be back again hopefully its the same service as reading from previous reviews. Only thing I think they should have is music or the radio playing while your sitting there as its such an awkward silence.

- Jessica Wilson Added August 11, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unprofessional, no text or call to confirm appointment (it's 2017!), artist pulled out 4 of my natural lashes (ouch!), took 2 hours of my time, eyelashes missing in the inner and outer corners of my eyes, some eyelashes are put way too high up on my lid - so dodgy! Do not waste your time or money. Texted the artist to say I'm not happy and no reply.

However it would be nice if while you're getting served to have the full attention of your beauty practitioner. What should take 5 mins usually takes about 10-15 minutes because staff are always taking personal calls or gossiping with other staff and not focusing on the task in front of them.
